Riverlakes Golf Course is the best kept secret for a tranquil setting for your garden ceremony and/or wedding reception.

Our aim is to make your day perfect and run smoothly. Our friendly staff have years of experience and provide professional but personal commitment to your special day.

The picturesque lakes with surrounding palm trees and luscious greens throughout the Golf Course create only the imaginable setting for a ceremony. The beautiful manicured greens and nature's own wildlife surroundings are a photographer's haven.

Our large function room offers a candle lit setting with a romantic but personal atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy and celebrate. The room capacity accommodates seating for up to 200 guests including a dance floor and stage for entertainment (where required).

With a wide range of menu package options, we are more than pleased to work with you to provide an enticing dining experience to suit your special requirements and budget.

Wedding Ceremony on Course / Weddings on course after 4pm on Saturday's - $700.00

Main Function Room for Reception - $850.00

Please Note: Whilst we endeavour to maintain all prices within this package, they may be subject to change at the discretion of Venue Management and pricing does not include GST component's.

Booking Agreement Conditions, Policy and Terms

The following Booking Agreement must be read and signed by you as acceptance of the outlined terms and conditions to secure your booking with Riverlakes Tavern. If you have any queries please feel free to talk to Our Function Manager: Meegan Henderson as she will be happy to assist you.

Tentative Bookings

A Tentative Booking will be held on your behalf for a time period of fourteen (14) days. However, Management reserves the right to terminate any non-confirmed booking without notification after this period.

Securing Your Booking

This agreement must be signed and returned to our venue within fourteen (14) days with required deposit (room hire cost) cost to secure your booking. If this agreement and deposit are not received in this time period, Venue Management reserves the right to make this booking date available to the public.

Payment of Your Booking

All unpaid monies including catering, decorations and other function costs must be paid fourteen (14) days prior to your booking date. However, if catering and/or number of guests increase after this period new charges will apply and payment will be required immediately. Payments can be made via Cash, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard and Cheque (payable to: Riverlakes Tavern & Golf Course). For all catering payments as we have a Catering Service that provides you with delicious but competitive menus all payments are to be either paid by Cash or Cheque made to: KJ Law .Please keep your receipt for record of payment.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be given in writing to the Riverlakes Tavern & Golf Course Function Manager. The below refunds will apply:

Final Numbers and Guests

An approximate number of guests will be required during your first consultation. Final Numbers and All outstanding monies are required to be finalised at least 1 (one) month prior to your special day; this will be taken into consideration when discussing your catering requirements. Once your final numbers have been confirmed, no reduction in price will be permitted. Charges will still apply to original numbers confirmed with your Function Manager.

Pricing and Menus

Whilst we endeavour to maintain all prices at the time of booking, they may be subject to price increase at the Management discretion. All prices will be calculated on final account. Children's and Vegetarian menus are available on request.

Functions occurring on public holidays will incur a 10% surcharge to the total bill.

Storage

Riverlakes Tavern & Golf Course will take a duty of care to any goods and/to products that may be delivered to the venue in preparation of your function. However Riverlakes Enterprise will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods and/or property left on the premises before, during or after the event. It is advisable that goods/products that are to be delivered no earlier than one (1) day prior. We do have limited storage space available but requests can be made seven (7) days prior to function so reasonable storage can be arranged.

We also offer that any goods/products can be left at the venue after the function, but collection of these goods would be required the following day.

Licensing

Riverlakes Tavern & Golf Course is a licensed premise. We are committed to Responsible Service of Alcohol and reserve the right to exclude or refuse service to intoxicated, abusive or under age guests in functions or events. Guests will be asked by our staff to produce age identification. Forms of Valid Identification are Australian Drivers Licence, Passport or an 18+ Card. Under no circumstances are the staff to accept any other forms of identification, if correct identification cannot be produced upon request, they will be considered under age. Any under age drinking is a serious offence and management reserve the right to cease the function without refund.

All guests drinking alcohol and/or smoking must remain in designated areas. No alcohol, food or drinks of any kind can be brought into the venue or onto the premises.

All catering requirements are to be discussed with the Function Manager and conducted by our catering staff within the venue.

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the venue. You may feel free to take your drinks into a designated area; however food of any kind cannot be consumed within the same facility.

Licensed Operation Hours are until 12am. Last Drinks are called at 11.30pm for guests to make their final purchases for the night. By Licensing Laws we need to ensure all guests have vacated the premises by 12am.

Room Hire/Decorations

The reception room is tailored to your chosen floor plan and decorations. Tables supplied in the room comfortably seat 8 – 10 people per table setting. White linen table cloths and skirting for your Bridal Table and Guest Tables, crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, cake/presents table dressed, Dance floor and serviettes (colour of your choice), are also supplied by the venue which is included in your room hire cost. Additional costs apply for decorations such as table centrepieces, chair covers, sashes, wishing wells, etc. These can be obtain through our supplier and these requests can be discussed at your appointment. All additional pricing includes laundry and/or delivery costs provided by the supplier. As there are so many options to choose from please discuss your desired setting with your Function Manager.

Security

For the safety and wellbeing of yourself and your guests all functions at our venue, it is compulsory to have security present at this event for the duration in order to conduct Identification Checks and to discourage excessive alcohol abuse. This will incur a cost to you at the rate of $45.00 per hour which can be arranged through the tavern at the time of booking your function.

Children

Children are more than welcome to our venue, they must be supervised by an adult at all times and off premises by 10pm. Please notify staff before your function if you require highchairs.

Ceremony Onsite

As previously indicated there is a fee of $600.00 for on-site ceremonies and includes set up of a 10 metre red carpet, Up to 20 Chairs, Signing Table with two (2) dressed chairs and a decorated Arch. Golf Cart Hire is an additional charge of $65.00 per cart (for photography purposes) if you require this additional feature please let me know so I can ensure carts are detailed and booked for your special day.
